These Terms govern your use of plug (https://plug.plumise.com). This is an operational template and should be finalized with local legal counsel.
1. Purpose
These Terms define usage conditions, billing rules, responsibilities, and dispute handling for the Company's RPC gateway service.
2. Service scope
2.1 Included
- API key issuance and management
- Plumise RPC proxying
- Per-key usage metering and monthly quotas
- Admin controls for accounts and keys
2.2 Excluded
- No custody of user crypto assets
- No brokerage or exchange intermediation
- No transfer execution on behalf of users
3. Accounts and authentication
- Access uses one-time email code authentication.
- Users are responsible for account security and access control.
- The Company may require additional verification for security and operational reasons.
4. API key policy
- Full key value is displayed once at creation.
- Users must keep keys confidential.
- Users must revoke or rotate keys immediately if compromise is suspected.
- The Company may suspend keys or accounts for abuse, security threats, or policy violations.
5. Billing and refunds
- Plan pricing, quotas, and cycles are as displayed in product UI.
- Billing is processed by designated providers (for example, Paddle).
- Cancellation, access period, and refund handling follow applicable law, provider policy, and service notices.
6. Prohibited use
Users must not:
- Use stolen or unauthorized keys or accounts
- Send abusive traffic or attempt infrastructure bypasses
- Use the service for unlawful activities (fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering)
- Violate third-party rights (IP, privacy, trade secrets)
7. Service suspension
- The Company may limit or suspend service for maintenance, incident response, security actions, or policy enforcement.
- The Company is not liable for force majeure and third-party infrastructure failures.
8. IP rights
All software, documentation, branding, and related assets are owned by the Company or rightful licensors.
9. Legal compliance and virtual-asset scope
- Both parties must comply with applicable laws, including Korean AML and virtual-asset regulations where relevant.
- If service scope changes to include regulated virtual-asset activities (custody, exchange, brokerage, and related operations), the Company will complete required procedures and update policy notices.
10. Limitation of liability
- The service is provided as available, and no uninterrupted or perfect operation is guaranteed.
- Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
- For paid services, aggregate liability is generally capped at fees paid in the previous 3 months (subject to mandatory law).
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to competent courts under applicable procedural law.
